Optimizing pricing for economic groups

At Stone, a leading Brazilian fintech, the team was focused on growing the Medium Segment — a strategic initiative to expand the company's market share among mid-sized businesses. To support this goal, the design team built a new experience for economic group onboarding and pricing, a process that previously lacked structure and scalability. The result: a 70% reduction in operational time, a centralized negotiation experience, and a scalable model for future growth.

Stone's 800-person customer service team faced challenges with schedule management. The process was fragmented, depending on the use of spreadsheets, custom CRMs, and other market tools. This project addressed the complex schedule management creating a centralized product that generated annual savings of approximately R$2 million and increased the team's efficiency.

Pricing and accreditation: redesigning a critical customer acquisition flow

This project focused on rethinking Stone's pricing and accreditation journey, the core process that enables new clients to be onboarded and priced correctly. Used by over 4,000 sales representatives multiple times a day, this flow directly impacts the company's acquisition efficiency. We restructured the pricing generation and accreditation processes to reduce cognitive load, minimize screen time, and ensure full compliance with regulatory demands.
